CSoft Partnered With Capital for Digital Finance Forum 2020

The global pandemic imposed changes not only in our personal life, but in the professional too. Many companies transformed their whole business models in favour to still provide a great user experience to their clients and to keep their workforce. As we all observed, there were some revolutionary ideas. For better or worse, this current situation has accelerated digitalization in our daily lives, leading to more and more alternative ways of performing our daily tasks. We realize that these circumstances are here to stay and it’s our turn to adapt.

This subject quite logically influenced the topic of some of the leading events in the world this year. In its 22nd edition, the Digital Finance Forum also focused on how the pandemic affects the evolution of the next generation financial institution. The event was organized by Capital and supported by CSoft as part of our mission to help the continuous improvement of the economics. It took place on the 6th of October and was held entirely online because of the social distance measures.

During the forum were presented topics regarding industry innovations, financial technologies, open banking, payments revolution and alternations in the insurance sector. The event was in a discussion format with a moderator to guide the conversation. Participants list included some of the professionals with the highest expertise in the digital and financial area.
