30 Years and Still Going Strong

2025

In 2025, CSoft marked significant achievements with the successful implementation of bDigital in Postbank, enabling a modern and seamless digital banking experience for their retail customers. Additionally, we completed the Charisma Project for TBI Bank in Romania.


More projects are currently underway and will be officially announced later this year.

2024

CSoft launched OneDesk, a next-generation front-office solution that enhances banking operations with a seamless and efficient user experience. The new BrightOS logo represents the evolution of our core banking platform, reflecting innovation and the future of banking technology.

2023

BDB Microfinancing and Capital Investment Fund migrated to BrightOS integrated core banking platform;
bDigital has been fully redesigned, following the latest I/UX trends in web and mobile banking world.
CSoft's expertise enabled the technological aspect of the legal acquisition between Eurobank Bulgaria and BNP Paribas Personal Finance - Bulgaria branch.

2022

A fully digital onboarding of customers has been implemented in International Asset Bank.
Core banking installation for TBI Bank, implemented in Greece.
Bulgarian Development Bank migrated to BrightOS integrated core banking platform;
Integration of SEPA Instant Payments and BLINK Instant Payments

2021

CSoft collaborated with BNP Paribas Personal Finance to successfully launch a new Deposit Gathering Platform delivered as a SaaS solution. The platform enabled customers to register and open deposit accounts entirely online, featuring streamlined Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and automatic checks against various regulatory and prohibition lists. This innovation significantly enhanced user convenience while ensuring full compliance with financial regulations.

In the same month, CSoft, in partnership with Access Finance Ltd, implemented secure mobile applications for payment authorizations, integrating advanced biometric authentication. These apps were made available for both Android and iOS devices and successfully rolled out in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, and Spain, providing customers with a fast, safe, and user-friendly way to confirm transactions from their mobile devices.

2020

Capital Bank from the Republic of North Macedonia adopted CSoft’s IT solution, further expanding our network of international partners and strengthening our presence in new markets. The project provided valuable experience and insight into the specific regulatory and operational requirements of the region. Thanks to the well-coordinated efforts between both teams, the data transfer and system implementation were carried out swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to the bank’s services.

2019

An extensive project for the operational merger of Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria) with Piraeus Bank Bulgaria was successfully and flawlessly completed. The initiative encompassed all critical areas of banking operations, including systems integration, data migration, process alignment, and service harmonization. Despite the scale and complexity of the task, the project was executed within an exceptionally short timeframe, thanks to the close collaboration between the two banks and the involvement of several international technology vendors and partners.

2017

Several key banking digitalization projects were developed and successfully implemented as part of the broader effort to modernize banking operations and enhance customer experience. These initiatives included the introduction of electronic document signing, the optimization of cash operations through the deployment of Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), the implementation of instant debit card embossing, and the launch of an online platform for client onboarding and deposit account opening. Together, these projects contributed to a more efficient, secure, and customer-friendly banking environment.

2016

May – Helicon was a major international project related to the legal merger procedure between Eurobank Bulgaria and Alpha Bank Bulgaria. In addition to the two banks, the project involved ten technology companies and solution vendors. It began in December 2015 and was successfully completed on May 24, 2016, with the full transfer of data and the migration from IFlex to VCSBank.

September – CSoft’s quality management system was certified in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, reaffirming the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to internationally recognized quality practices.

2015

The data transfer and migration of International Asset Bank were successfully completed as part of the introduction of VCSBank as the bank’s new core banking system. This comprehensive process involved careful planning, data validation, and system integration to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations. The implementation of VCSBank enabled the bank to modernize its infrastructure and improve the overall services.

2013

Two banks within the TBIF Financial Services B.V. group adopted CSoft’s IT solutions. The migration process for TBI Bank – Romania began in March, marking the start of their transition to the new system. By August, the migration for TBI Bank – Bulgaria was completed successfully, finalizing the group’s full adoption of CSoft’s technology across both banks.

2012

Migration to Unicode was successfully implemented, enabling the storing and retrieving of data in the national language of each user. This crucial upgrade effectively made CSoft’s solutions applicable worldwide, removing any restrictions related to user language and allowing seamless localization for diverse markets.

2011

Under an assignment from an international hedge fund based in Great Britain, a new product for managing investment portfolios was developed and successfully integrated. This product, named the Portfolio Investment Management System (PIMS), provided advanced tools and functionalities to enhance portfolio oversight, decision-making, and overall investment management.

2010

An innovative solution developed by CSoft was successfully developed and integrated, significantly optimizing the servicing of bank customers. This cutting-edge system utilized the most advanced technical devices available at the time, including TouchScreen monitors, electronic pens, specialized scanners, card readers, and more. The integration of these technologies enhanced customer interaction, streamlined service processes, and improved overall efficiency within the bank’s operations.

2009

A specialized peripheral system was developed for the analysis, evaluation, and classification of risk exposures, as well as for estimating the size of provisions necessary to cover credit risk. This application successfully underwent testing and met the requirements of the Microsoft partner program’s “Platform Test for ISV Solutions.”

2008

CSoft’s IT solution was successfully adopted by the National Guarantee Fund, marking an important milestone in our collaboration. The implementation improved their operational efficiency and data management capabilities significantly. Over the years, the National Guarantee Fund has continued to rely on CSoft’s technology, remaining a loyal and valued customer.

2007

The project for centralization and migration of DZI Bank’s information system was completed successfully. A new, greater challenge then arose: following the legal merger of Postbank and DZI Bank, the consolidation of the two banks’ information systems was carried out under exceptionally tight deadlines.

2006

CSoft’s quality management system was certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, demonstrating the company’s commitment to maintaining rigorous processes for quality assurance and continuous improvement. This internationally recognized certification validated CSoft’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality software products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

2005

In just under six months, Municipal Bank completed a full centralization process and successfully migrated its operations to CSoft’s products. This rapid transition enabled the bank to consolidate its data and systems, streamline workflows, and leverage the integrated capabilities of CSoft’s solutions to enhance overall efficiency and service quality across all branches.

2004

Corporate Bank adopted a multifunctional, Internet-based remote banking system that revolutionized how customers accessed and managed their accounts. This advanced platform provided a wide range of online banking services

2003

Postbank was successfully migrated to Microsoft SQL Server as its primary database platform, marking a significant step in modernizing its core infrastructure. This transition enabled improved performance, scalability, and easier maintenance. Remarkably, within just one calendar year, CSoft completed similar migrations for all of its customers, unifying database environments and laying the groundwork for future upgrades and enhancements across its entire client base.

2002

A unique in-house developed solution enabling parallel server operation was adopted by Postbank. During the data centralization process, which took place from May to November, the volume of processed data grew immensely: the number of entries in the customer information file increased from 7,000 to 900,000, and the number of analytical account entries rose from 10,000 to 1,000,000.

2001

CSoft became a Microsoft Certified Partner, marking a key milestone in the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions built on trusted and widely recognized technologies. We are still a certified partner today, continuing to leverage Microsoft’s tools and platforms to build reliable, modern banking solutions.

2000

CSoft started a project with Corporate Bank to implement a new version of their banking system, built around the idea of full centralization. This collaboration marked an important step toward simplifying operations, improving consistency, and making it easier to manage services across all bank branches.

1999

Postbank’s customers were able to use the product for online banking through RemoteBank, which provided them with convenient access to their accounts, the ability to perform transactions remotely, and a user-friendly interface designed to enhance their digital banking experience.

1996

Postbank and Neftinvestbank began using a centralized system designed to enable real-time intra-bank transfers, significantly improving the speed, reliability, and efficiency of internal transactions across their networks.
